Painting, sketching, printmaking. For much of the time this was my way to express what I see.

Working with clay happened by chance. A group was getting together renting space, hiring a model, getting together to sculpt. I was invited to come and try it out. That was some 15 years ago. 

Each time I start a work it becomes the most important thing demanding complete involvement. Reflecting on passing time, changing seasons and interests. The forms I create start with a model, or an idea. Portrait heads, abstract pieces and those of the female form are included, my work is diverse, heeding the creative impulse.
